We conduct testing on both new construction projects for quality control and assurance purposes and on existing structures that have problematic water leaks and need a Forensic Investigation to determine the source of the water intrusion issues.  Many times, the source of water intrusion is not a window or door but the surrounding construction, such as the wall, roof, rooftop AC units, or decking system.

 

Our industry standard testing protocols include the AAMA 501.2 and ASTM tests such as the E1105.

 

Our equipment is calibrated to Fenestration Testing industry requirements at all times.
